Making a case to create an online learning platform is straightforward considering the multiple demands individuals face in a single day. To address the competing time constraints that occupy a day, we launched an online learning series you can attend from the comfort of your own home. In Level One, we explore the foundations and best practices in mindfulness and social and emotional learning. In Level Two, we uncover the key resources and teaching strategies that participants must master in order to become a certified facilitator of our evidence-based Mindfulness Ambassador Council program.

Level One: Mindful 365

Whether you are a beginner looking to jumpstart your practice or life-long learner interested in teaching mindfulness to others, Mindful 365 is the first step toward achieving your goals. In five online sessions, we offer an introduction to core mindfulness practices & social-emotional competencies for personal & professional success.

Level One: Mindful 365

Level Two: Mindful Educator

After completing Level One, participants are encouraged to continue their training and become a certified MAC facilitator. In six online sessions, we address the key facilitation skills and teaching techniques to bring our evidence-based MAC program to adults and youth ages 15+ in your community.
