Ideal for individuals wanting to reap the benefits that mediation and mindfulness has on well-being, this six-week course will provide core strategies to improve focus, increase self-awareness and reduce stress. Through the exploration of mindfulness-based social-emotional competencies this course offers strategies to navigate challenges in the workplace and increase your capacity for creativity, focus, leadership excellence and well being.  Through council discussion, guided practices, handouts, recommended reading materials and weekly assignments, you’ll learn skills to thrive in your personal and professional environments.
