Mindfulness Without Borders (MWB) cordially invites you to attend our MAC Facilitator Training in Toronto, Ontario. This course offers participants the opportunity to learn the key social-emotional competencies and basic mindfulness practices that are integral to our innovative Mindfulness Ambassador Council (MAC) for youth.
This three-day facilitator training will provide specific instruction on how to facilitate the Mindfulness Ambassador Council Program – a 8 to 12-week intervention that addresses the strategies adolescents, educators and professionals need to support their healthy development. Participants will experience our programs in action, receive our research-based curriculum with 12 lesson plans and home assignments. Facilitator and Student Guidebooks are provided. Graduates will be equipped with the key resources and lesson materials to apply our curriculum to their respective constituencies as certified Mindfulness Ambassador Council Facilitators
